Lesson 2

  • Learn how drills transition into the movements that create letterforms
  • Guidance on continued self-study will be provided

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • This is a live online workshop via Zoom (please make sure you have a Zoom account to access the workshop)
  • All live lessons will be recorded and available for 90 days following the final lesson.
  • Business Penmanship was traditionally written with a pointed pen, but we will use a ballpoint pen, specifically an inexpensive one like a Bic RoundStic. Higher quality writing tools like fountain pens, gel pens, rollerball pens, and ballpoint pens with hybrid inks are too slippery for learning arm movement.
  • Wear short sleeves or long sleeves that are loose and unrestrictive. Have a large desk surface to write on, ideally at least 2.5′ wide and 2′ deep.
